Question:
I have a 2020 Ram 2500 Bighorn diesel. My wife is relatively short 5foot 6 and needs lower than OEM height steps so she can climb in. Would this product help her with that?

Yes, they would! The Westin HDX Xtreme Nerf Bars item # 56-23565 are going to give you a couple more inches than the stock ones. Another option is going to be the Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps item # 20204166558. The step portion extends down an extra couple inches so you'd gain just over 4" from your stock ones.
Both of these steps are confirmed to fit the 2020 Ram 2500 Bighorn Crew Cab.
