Question:
I have a lot of equipment that needs ball locks. Is there a way to have one key that will fit all locks, even if they are different sizes?

Hello Stephen,
I have the 2 different options that sound like they will be perfect for you. First one is the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # ML377KA, this lock will work in place of a 1-7/8", 2", or a 2-5/16" ball. It can also be keyed to the same key number for a small fee.
The second option is the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock Couplers - Key 318 # FA86-0015-318, with this lock they will all be keyed to 318 (we have different ones as well to different key numbers on the site), and will also work for the different ball sizes 1-7/8", 2", or a 2-5/16".
I use the Fastway style lock on my boat trailer when I have to leave it at the lake, no one has taken it yet.
Happy New Year, may 2025 be your best year yet! From, your friends here at etrailer!

Hey Stephen, how did things go with the keyed-alike coupler locks for your equipment? Were you able to get everything set up with one key? Your update could make it easier for others looking to simplify their lock setups.
