Where Are Brake Controller Wires On 2022 Fleetwood Bounder On Ford F53 Chassis?

Question:
Hi... Im in the final stages of installing a Hopkins Stealth brake. Im ready to install the brake controller in my RV. Can you give me a hint as to where I can find the wires in my 2022 F53 FW Bounder to hook up to the controller? Thx!

Hello Pete, thanks for reaching out. The brake controller wires on your 2022 Fleetwood Bounder/Ford F53 are going to be under the dash next to the steering column on the left. Since it is a Ford the wires SHOULD be labeled as trailer brake. They may be hidden up in there or wrapped in foam or electric tape. I wish I could give you a more specific location or wire color but we have not had one of these here in our shop yet.
