Looking for over the cab and retractable combo for 2018 long bed tacoma.

Hey William,
Pace Edwards unfortunately doesn't have a contractor rig for the 2018 Tacoma. The other options that we offer would either have the over-the-cab cantilever and no tonneau cover or would have the cover but no cantilever so you'd need to install a roof rack on the cab to get the over-the-cab storage. To have it all you'll need the following components:

For the roof rack we have the following options based on your roof type:
Double Cab
Raised Rails # Y23NB

Naked Roof # Y43JB
Access Cab
Naked Roof # Y43JB
If you want to go with just the ladder rack and cantilever you can use the Thule T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH37005XT-EX.
