Hitch Step Recommendation for a 2013 Chevy Silverado with a Class IV Hitch and Reducer
Updated 06/02/2014 | Published 05/30/2014 >
Question:
I have a 2013 chev 3/4 ton that now has a 3inch receiver, it does come with a reducer that allows 2inch receivers to be used, but the hitch step I previously used on my 01 truck does not extend far enough into the hitch to be locked by the new deeper position of the pin that the 3inch hitch has when using the reducer.. does you 2inch hitch steps work on this configuration that they now use for 2013?

Check out the Tube Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Receiver Step # CR-605, this has 3 different holes that can be used to pin the step to the hitch so it should work very well for your 2013 Chevy Silverado with a Class IV hitch.
