Hello Rick, thanks for reaching out. The Hollywood Racks Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve # HRHA-2 is designed to work with the Hollywood Rack anti-rattle hitch system part # HRLHPT. This is a threaded bolt and when you tighten it down onto the hitch it does a great job of reducing any play. We do have a video that shows how this works and I have linked it for you below. It is as simple as tightening a bolt. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
