Will this fit on my two inch receiver blue ox tow bar on my 2023 Thor Challenger 35 mq

Hello Bill, thanks for getting in touch. The RoadMaster RoadWing Removable, Expandable Mud Flap System # RM-4400-102 will absolutely work with a Blue Ox brand tow bar. The Mud Flap System will mount directly to the stinger or shank of the tow bar.
