Can this harness be used for a connection to tow the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited behind a motorhome? I would route wiring from the 4-way flat to the front of the Jeep to connect to 4-way flat coming from the motorhome. How would it be done?

Trailer wiring harness # 118605 is strictly for towing a trailer with your 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited and cannot be converted for use as a flat towing harness. But I do have a great recommendation for you. For flat towing you can use wiring kit # HM56208. It is designed for use when flat towing your Jeep.
In addition to the wiring I am sure you already know that you also need a few other items. For starters, you will need base plates. For your 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited you can use # RM-521447-4.
Next, for a compatible tow bar, you can use the Falcon 2, # RM-520. I have included a link to a video showing an installation for you. You will also need safety cables if you do not already have some, # RM-643.
And finally, most states now require supplemental braking on the vehicle being flat towed. One of the easiest systems to set up and use is the Even Brake proportional system # RM-9400. It will apply the Jeep brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the easiest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
