Pace Edwards UltraGroove Metal Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover for 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 6 3/4'

Question:

I called Pace Edwards to discuss the likelihood the Pace Edwards Ultragroove Metal would fit my 2025 Chevy Silverado standard bed, measured as 68.5inch bed. Or as your product listing states, 6-3/4 Foot Bed. They were not yet sure that it would, but they assumed the bed size was the same as previous years. Everything that I can find on bed sizing states that the 2024 Silverado bed size was 78, or 66. According to your product listing, the same part number applies to both the 2024 and 2025 models, despite the bed sizing difference. Further, you say the PE48CV is confirmed to fitinch on the 2025 standard bed. A difference of 2 inches on the side rails is significant and gives me concern. I am trying to make sure that the sizing of the cover is tight, but I am confused by the differences in the listed measurements. Can you please advise?

There are not any significant changes from the 2024 to the 2025, so the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Metal Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Aluminum - Matte Black # PE48CV will work great for your 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 6 3/4' bed. The inside of the bed is the same, the side rails on the 2025 might extend out further, but the rails of the tonneau covers do not completely cover the rails of the trucks. I am attaching a picture so you can see how you can still see the rails of your vehicle past the rails of the tonneau cover.

Hey Dave, how did the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Metal cover end up fitting on your 2025 Silverado? It sounds like the bed rail differences were minor, but I’d like to hear if the fit turned out as expected. Your update could make it easier for others checking fitment on newer models.
