What are the static and dynamic load capacities of this rack system? I searched and could not find it and may have overlooked it.

Hi Tack,
The Inno Square Bar Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # IN33TR that fits your 2009 Scion xB is not rated for a static capacity by the manufacturer, and has a 120 lb dynamic capacity. Roof racks aren't usually rated for static capacities because they are on vehicles which are constantly in motion, and don't want to confuse people with multiple capacities that could result in some dangerous misunderstandings.
