You can easily install crossbars to your existing roof rails. If you prefer the economical square roof crossbars, you can use part # TH710401 and # TH712200, which would provide the crossbars and the feet to attach them to the roof rails. I have linked you to an installation video showing this rack system being installed on a 2012 Acadia. Square profile crossbars can be a bit noisy, using a fairing like part # TH72WV would reduce the wind noise.

If you prefer the the Aero style crossbars, you can assemble a rack using the following parts:

47 inch WingBars, part # TH711200 in silver or # TH711220 in black
Evo raised rail feet, part # TH710401

I've linked a video that shows how the rack installs on factory rails. It's a different vehicle but the same process.

Depending on which kayak carrier you have (like # TH834, # TH835, # TH835XT or the # TH835XTR), you'll need the # THXADAPT11 adapter.
