Hello Mike,
No, there is not a thumb lock option for the Multi-Purpose Access Door w/ Lock # 372E8102-A.
This only comes with the key lock, and there isn't a different one that comes with a thumb lock. To install the # 372E8102-A use the RV Cable Hatch Installation Kit # 3724195.
