Hello Chris. The bike rack that comes with the MOS UpLift Roof Rack Lift Assist w/ Bike Rack for 1 Bike # MR36ZV has a capacity of 44 lbs. Most e-bikes are heavier than this, even with the battery removed. A lot of e-bikes have larger tires as well, and the # MR36ZV bike rack can accommodate tires up to 3" wide. This rack really is intended more for a mountain bike or road bike. If your e-bike is less than 44 lbs with the battery removed and has tires 3" wide or less, it can still be used and will work great.
Otherwise, a hitch mounted rack like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR will be a better option. It can carry 2 e-bikes weighing up to 80 lbs apiece. It will work with any 2" receiver.
