Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. We do offer roof rack fits for the 2023 Kia Carnival LX, but the # TH66RE fit kit you mentioned is for a Volkswagen Golf, so this will not work for you.
If you need a roof rack for your Kia, I recommend the Yakima TimberLine Roof Rack # Y42GD. This is a full roof rack system so you get your aero bars, towers and fit kit which is custom fitted for the factory raised rails on the 2023 Kia Carnival LX.
