Replacement Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR on a 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 Long Bed

Question:
I have a 2013 z71 and just bought a Chevy Silverado 2500 with a 8’ bed. Looking to change out my racks. I need 8’ rails with the new mounting items. Not sure which one to buy? And do you take the 6’ ones back to sell?

Hey Brian, congrats on your new-to-you 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500!
We don't take back used base rails, but I'd be more than happy to help you figure out what ladder rack rails you're needing.
If the replacement rails you're needing are for the Thule TracRac SR then the correct base rails can be found with Part # TH21780. This comes with all of the mounting hardware included so you can pass along the old mounting hardware with the older rails.
If you have a different ladder rack please let me know and I can see if we have the correct kit for you.

Hey Brian, how did things go with the new base rails for your Silverado 2500? Were the Thule TracRac SR rails a good match for your 8-foot bed? Your update could make it easier for others upgrading their ladder racks.
