Question:
I bought the Demco hijacker autoslide 18k off of a friend. It was seized into the bed of his 2017 ford superduty so he cut it out. I have the same year, make and model truck and the parts to fix it except for the slider plate itself which was cut. Am I able to buy just the slider plate or plates without all the hardware? I hate to buy the whole kit when I only need the 1 plate.

Yes, we do and thanks for the pics! It looks like you guys cut off the mounting plates for the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # DM89QV. We do not have the plates for sale individually or without hardware. With what you described this hitch going through, I would strongly recommend replacing that hardware though and both plates.
If your 2017 Ford F-250 has the factory puck system you can replace them with the Replacement Side Plates for Ford Super Duty item # DM6033. These will bolt right to the side of your Autoslider, with included hardware, then drop into the pucks in your F-250's bed.
If your 2017 Ford F-250 uses above bed rails, you'll need the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # DM6003. This also comes with the necessary hardware.

Yeah, I was in a time pinch so I had to buy the whole kit. Putting this hitch in on my Superduty with the OEM prep package I thought was supposed to be easy. I gotta say that I absolutely hate this hitch & will immediately be getting rid of it. I had a B&W in my old truck & it was so much better of a hitch in every way. It is also almost impossible to put this hitch in without having a machine with forks unless you have 2 big dude with stong backs as this thing weighs 300 lbs. Oh & watch your fingers. I'm just skipping all the BS and replacing the pin box with a goose box so I do not have to wrestle this monster in and out of my truck every time I need the bed. Thank God this was given to me for free & I'm only out the $350 I put into the cost of the side plates kit. I will be able to get my $ back + when I sell it. I would recommend to anyone looking at this hitch to go with B&W instead. The amount that this hitch costs new & the pita that it is blows my mind. Ty for the info. I did get ahold of Demco & they said they would send me a plate for $150 shipped but I wouldn't have gotten it in the time frame that I needed it. You guys were able to get me the side plates kit here in 2 days & with free s&h. That's was awesome. Thank you etrailer.
