Will this rail kit work with an existing b&w hide away gooseneck?

Hello Ryan; the two will not be able to be installed together. If you want to install the # BWRVK2505 rail kit which is designed for 2020-2024 Chevy & GMC 2500 & 3500 trucks you will need to remove the gooseneck hitch. If you would rather not do that, you could always use a 5th wheel hitch like the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045 which will allow you to tow your 5th wheel using the existing gooseneck hitch.
