Hello Robert; for a replacement ladder I recommend the Surco Exterior RV Ladder # SP501L you were looking at. This has a universal design and can be cut to size so to fit your 2011 Komfort Trailblazer 285. The overall dimensions are 97" tall x 12-3/4" wide.
The awning fabric will require some more information. Assuming you have a Solera, Dometic A&E, or Carefree of Colorado awning you can use the Solera Replacement Awning Fabric. However, I will need you to measure your current awning to find the right size. The measurement is the distance from the center of the left arm to the center of the right arm. If you can add that in the comments below I can give you our available replacement options.
