i have a 2021 1500 chevy rst with a fifth wheel hitch with side plate mount will these work with side plates

Hey Ray, yes the Air Lift kit part # AL88288 that you referenced does fit your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 that has a fifth wheel rail kit installed. You will have to do a little more drilling but it will work great.
