Hello Ron. We do offer tie downs that can be used for a wheelchair. I recommend the Erickson Aluminum O-Track Kit # EM85JV. This comes with two 18" sections of track along with four o-rings. You can use straps like the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases # EM34415 to secure the chair.
