Hi Wayne; its is normal to find that on some setups. Your 6V batteries are wired in series which combines the voltage giving you 12 volts. You could replace the 6V batteries with a 12V like the # 34276285. You could also keep two 6V batteries like # 34277606 and keep them wired the same way. If you decide to replace them with two 12V batteries you need to make sure they're wired in parallel otherwise you will have a 24V system.

Hey Wayne, how did things go with the battery replacement on your Holiday Rambler? Did you end up staying with the 6V setup or switch to the 12V option? Your update could make it easier for others working on similar RV systems.
