Recommended Replacement AC for a Jayco BT31.5

Question:
I need to replace the AC in my Jayco BT31.5. This is a ducted unit, with no heat. Will the Advent ACM135 be a direct in? Do i need a starting capacitor with it? I do not use the inverter to run this. My existing unit has a 6 pin wiring harness.

Yes the Advent Air Conditioner # ACM135 will work great as a replacement for your current AC in your Jayco BT31.5. This AC will work with a standard 6 pin connector, will work with ducted and ductless systems, and has a bolt on install.
The start capacitor # ACMSCKIT is not required, but it never hurts to have. The start capacitor stores energy that can be used later to jumpstart the AC when a campsite or generator does not provide enough power.

Hey, how did the Advent AC work out as a replacement on your Jayco BT31.5? Did you end up adding the start capacitor too? Your update could make it easier for others replacing a similar ducted unit.
