Question:
I have a 2006 Belshe equipment trailer. Belshe support says it uses DEMCO DA20. Will this master cylinder work? I’m assuming I should use DOT 3 brake fluid. Also does the DA20 have any grease points? Or other maintenance to keep up with?

Hey Jessica,
The # DM8101222 is the actuator as opposed to a master cylinder, so I believe you are referring to the actuator itself. This is the DA10 and you can use it in place of the DA20 # DM8202032 if you like.
You are right in your assumption regarding DOT 3 brake fluid, and the DA10 as well as DA20 do not have any type of maintenance or grease necessary.

Hey Jessica, how did things go with the DA10 actuator on your Belshe trailer? Did it end up working well as a replacement for the DA20? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
