Question:
I have a GDC80 actuator that needs replacing. It’s 8,000 gvwr rating, with a 2 5/16 ball. Do you have something comparable that would bolt up to the trailer using the same bolt pattern?

Hey Scott, so nothing we have would for sure bolt right up in place of what you have now but I recommend using the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Disc # T4747200 (for disc brakes) or the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum # T4079200 (for drum brakes), which both have 8000-lbs capacities and fit 2-5/16" hitch balls, so they're the same specs as your GDC-80.

Hey Scott, how did the fit turn out with the Titan brake actuator you went with for your trailer? Knowing whether it lined up well with your existing bolt pattern could help others replacing a GDC80 setup. Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same issue.
