Question:

I have a Grand Design 2023 Solitude FW 380FLR. The current pin box on the trailer is a MORryde part RPB72-FD. The Gen-Y hitch I need is the 5.5K model. Will this or any of the gen y hitches fit my camper in place of the MORryde pin box?

Hi Matt,

There is; the MORryde you have is essentially the replacement for the Lippert Rhino, so you'd want the Gen-Y that replaces the Rhino. The 5,500 lb pin weight Gen-Y that fits in place of the Rhino is the following:

Kyle I apologize for the confusion. I am looking for the fifth wheel to gooseneck pin box. Would the corresponding model be the GY23GR?

@MattH No problem, I should've given you that option too, and yes, that is correct. The Gen-Y 5th wheel to gooseneck that replaces the Lippert Rhino is the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY23GR.
