I believe you're asking for a roof rack for your 2024 Toyota RAV4, and from what you described you have flush-mounted rails. And the best option for a roof rack for your RAV4 is from Thule. Reason why is the rack gives you a quieter ride than any other, is super durable, and also very easy to both install and use. You have your choice of either Black or Silver, and the following kits come with everything needed - the crossbars, feet, and fit kit:
