I have 3 e-bikes that are step through. They all weigh less than 45 pounds. And one regular bike with a cross bar. My question is, will your swagman quad 2+2 four bike carrier , item number S64FR work as it is, or will I have to buy extra parts?

With your 3 E-Bikes being step through you are going to need 3 of the Adapter Bars # HRBA-PRO to be able to use the Swagman Quad 2+2 Bike Rack # S64FR. The adapter bars are needed since the clamps to hold the bikes in place are designed to come down on the rail you would have on non-step through bikes.
