Hey Tim, for a larger transmission cooler that is really efficient that is a fit for your 2003 Ford Excursion we have the Derale part # D13504 which is 11W x 12T x 7/8D Inch. This will do a great job keeping your transmission fluid temps down but you'll also want the fitting adapter part # D13025 as well to help make the install a bit easier.
