Wiring Configuration for Installing Brake Controller to 2011 Chevy Suburban 1500

Question:
I have a 2011 Suburban 1500 with the heavy-duty tow package. There are four wires taped under the dash blue, white, red/black, and white/green that I assume are for the controller. Which vehicle wires go to which controller wires?

Hey Dan, thanks for reaching out!
When installing a brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 on your 2011 Chevy Suburban 1500 you'll want to connect the following wires from the bundle of wires you found to the following wires from the brake controller pigtail:
- Dark Blue - Blue
- White - White
- Red/Black - Black
- White/Green (I think this should be light blue) - Red
You may also need to install a bracket wiring socket at the back of your vehicle with part # 30955 and then you also may need to make some connections under your hood. I've attached a helpful article on this process for you to reference.

I thought the unit I ordered came with the pigpail to attach to the loose vehicle wires. Now I see that the pigtail was shown in customer photos. What part number is the pigtail I need? There are way too many identical-looking controllers and similar-looking pigtails on your website! I need the one that has stubbed wires on one end, and a connector for the Tekonsha POD Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Time Delayed ITEM # 39523 on the other end.
