Can Cover of BAK Revolver X4s Tonneau For 2024 Ford F-150 be Removed Without Taking Off Rails

Question:

Can the cover on the BAK X4TS be removed without taking off the rails? Also, what are the the better model T-slot racks that can be used with the BAK X4TS and carry kayaks? Thanks for your time.

Hey David,

Yes, you can technically remove the cover without taking off the rails of the BAK Revolver X4s tonneau covers for a 2024 Ford F-150. You'd just reverse the process of putting the cover on, and undo the mounting hardware of the cover before removing it. This will be the same for all the covers that fit the '24 F-150, part # BAK56ZR for a 5-1/2' bed, # BAK89ZR for a 6-1/2' bed, or # BAK29ZR for an 8' bed.

Then for a rack that has T-slots, can be used with the Revolver X4s, and can haul kayaks with a carrier like # e98878, use the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System. The right one of these will also depend on the bed size of your '24 F-150, part # TX96NV for a 5-1/2' bed, # TX46NV for a 6-1/2' bed, or # TX66NV for an 8' bed.
