transferring thule aerobars with rapid podium feet to new 2023 rav4 prime with flush rails and fixed point mount. Your website suggests Kit 3145 , but these are for an Audi Q7 and dont look like my mounts at all

Hey Phillip, so Thule recently changed their roof rack components and got away from the Podium feet that you have so what that means is currently none of the fit kits we offer would work with your feet. But since Thule has the part # TH33SG which is a complete Aero bar style roof rack for your 2023 Toyota RAV4 with flush rails we can still help.
To use the current bars that you have you would want the feet kit part # TH49SC and the fit kit # TH78RE.
