I have 2012 f150 which is lowed with a flip axle will this air bag model fix and work with my truck

Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. The Air Lift SlamAir Air Helper Springs # AL59210 are designed to fit a lowered 2012 F-150. As long as the drop is between 2" and 6" they will fit great. With your drop being an axle flip I imagine it will be within this range but please do check and confirm.

I think my drop kit is 4/7 will it still fit and work

@Chris By 4/7 do you mean 4" of drop in the rear? If so, then yes, the Air Lift # AL59210 will fit and work great.

4 in the front and 7 in the back

@Chris It will not work with a 7" drop. Anything more than 6" is a no go.

@Chris For some suspension enhancement, the best option is the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-Y. This will attach to the factory leaf spring to help level the ride and improve ride quality. Here is a link to a review/install video:
