Question:

2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with roof cross bars, the Thule TH819 looks like it can do the job to secure to the cross bars, except how to tie down to the front of the car. I have a tow hitch to tie down the camoe to the back of the car. How do I tie down the canoe to the front of the Highlander?

Hi Burton; from what I read it looks like Toyota basically did away with any tie-down points on the front of the 2023 Highlander. However, there is still a way to secure the straps from the # TH819. What you can use is the Quick Loops for Thule Bow/Stern Tie-Downs # TH530. All you need to do is hook the strap to the quick loop and stick it under your hood.
