Looking For Replacement For A Broken Shower Faucet Valve Stem

Im trying to locate a replacement for a broken shower faucet valve stem, but theres no identifying marks on it or the fixture. The thread OD is approx. 22mm, is all black plastic, and is about 34mm end-to-end on the main body. If links work in this form, I have photos at photos.app.goo.gl/FejXnk735fSFUDR16 . Could you help me figure out what this is and what can replace it?

Hey Christopher. We carry only two plastic shower faucet valve stems, and unfortunately neither of them match the valve in your picture. If we knew the brand of faucet that would help to narrow down your options.
At this point I would have to recommend that you replace the faucet entirely. I am not sure exactly what style faucet this is, but something like the Phoenix Faucets RV Tub and Shower Diverter Faucet # PF213363 will be a great option. To be honest I'm not sure what brand the faucet is. There's no identifying marks on it, & currently no way to get to the back of it without cutting a hole in the wall (manufactured home). I most recently tried a Lasco S-442-3 which looks almost identical to the Phoenix PF187026. Although the threadform, washers, spline (17T), and overall design were right, I guess either the thread depth or washer seat locations weren't quite right. I either got "valve water jet" or "slow flow tap @ off position" no matter what I did. There's no shutoff at the HWH or local to the fixture/bathroom, so unless I can add one somewhere in the system I'm stuck running back & forth to the well pump shutoff to test valves out. Best I could tell you on what I *think* the faucet is that its exterior is nearly identical to a Empire Brass U-YJW68 (but no American/Empire stems fit it -- they seem to use a 19mm thread OD). My problem is is there's either a lot of clones out there (ex. Ultra Faucets UF08061C, Homewerks 3010-501-BN, Laguna Brass 3310A) or everyone's buying from the same ODM but tweaking the stem setup (for cost optimization or vendor lock-in?). That's making it nearly impossible to find a match because none of them publish valve stem dimensions & many don't even bother to document the valve stem P/N anywhere. I think I'll need one with the diverter outlet located in-wall as opposed to shower-side. I'm not really keen on having to do patch work (drywall, moisture barrier, or whatever else is in there) to accommodate a new faucet footprint, so something that more or less matches the footprint is probably what I should aim for. I'd *really* like to avoid plastic/nylon for the threads, valve body or the faucet plumbing itself, but from what I've found thus far it doesn't look like there's much it for this application. Guess I should add an access door if I have to break into the other side of the interior wall to replace the faucet, but I not really sure what would be suitable.
