Hey Jim, thanks for reaching out!

None of our tires come balanced, including the Cooper Work Series 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Wheel # LH28FR you're looking at.

With that being said, since trailers don't have passengers in them they don't need to run as smooth as vehicles so trailer tires don't have to be balanced. If you'd like to have them balanced by a tire shop then that's totally fine as well.
