For your 2019 Ram 1500 the Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller item # C24VV can be installed with a plug and play adapter using the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter item # C51458.
The port you need is right above where your right foot would be covered in a foam tape. I have attached a picture below to help you find it.
