Is there a product that would let me mount a Rhino pioneer platform on top of this with the T-slots?

Yes there is Garett! All you'd need is the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars for Retrax XR and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers # RRVA180B-RRRLT600. From here, you'd easily be able to mount a platform rack like the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Roof Rack Platform for Crossbars # RR42115BF.
