Hey Jesse, thanks for reaching out!
The only base plate kit I've found that fits your 2023 Subaru WRX is the Roadmaster 52928-5. We currently don't have this on our site but I'm working on getting it added.
With that being said, when I took a look at the online owner's manual for your WRX it is pretty clear that the only time you should tow your vehicle with any or all of the wheels on the ground is in an emergency situation where you don't have any other options. Because of this I highly recommend using a trailer to transport your WRX so nothing gets damaged.
