Yes, you can bolt pintle hook # C48210 to B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # BWPMHD14005. However, the capacity of the mounting plate is 16,000 pounds so that is the maximum capacity of this set up even though the pintle hook is rated higher. You always have to go by the lowest rated component.
