2022 Ford F150 Raptor - I have a Roll N Lock bed cover. Will the KU56ZR work with this bed cover?

Unfortunately no, Don. Since the Kuat Ibex Customizable Overland Truck Bed Rack # KU56ZR uses bed rail clamps to install that would require the truck bed to be open and not covered by anything.
