Question:

Hello We are looking to replace our 15’ manual awning with a powered awning. We have a 2008. 36’ Keystone Montana 344 RET fifth wheel. Can you recommend some options for our model rv?

We have one option available for a complete 15' powered replacement awning. That is the Solera XL 12V Power RV Awning # LCV000334950-362243. This will require 78" of space on the wall from the awning rail straight down for each bracket and at least 4-1/2" of clearance between the awning rail and the top of the entry door. This awning is probably a little longer than what you have now with a 9'8" projection but that will give you 20% more shade.

Alternatively, you could get the Solera 12V Electric RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434723 or Solera Smart Arm Conversion Kit # LC759517 which requires 69" on the wall for your standard 8' projection. These may work with your existing awning fabric depending on what you have now or, you can use the Replacement Roller and Fabric Kit for 15' Solera Power and Hybrid RV Awnings # LCV000211480.

If you get the smart arms you can also add additional accessories. The following are available:
