Can this be bolted on to the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL in place of the factory tow hooks?

So long as the tow hooks are attached to a flat metal section of the bumper on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler you can replace them with the Blue Ox Heavy-Duty Universal Bolt-On Adapter Tabs - 20,000 lbs # BX88266.
