We purchased a x-cargo sport 20 from a friend. They were unable to find the key and drilled out the lock. I didnt see anywhere on your site where I could purchase a new lock.

Expert Reply:
As long as nothing was damaged while the old lock core was being drilled out you could install any of the Thule lock cores as a replacement.
For example, you could install a Thule Lock Core part # THLOCKN063 and then get the matching key part # THKEYN063.
