Question:
Hello, I recieved the BWGNRK1020, but Im having issues getting the M14 bolts to fit into the frame holes when trying to bolt down. It is a very small space though. Do I need smaller diameter bolts possibly? Is hard to tell if maybe the frame hole just has debris that is keeping it from starting. If so, how would you recommend getting the bolts to go in with that very small space on top of the frame.

Hey Cody, you are installing this B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1020 on a 2021 Chevy 2500 correct? If so, the M14 bolts are definitely the correct size. It is possible that the holes in the frame are corroded which is preventing the bolts from threading in. This is actually a common issue on vehicles that come from the factory with pre installed weldnuts. It does not take much for the threads to get dirty. What you can do is take some rust remover and use a wire brush to clean up the threads. My favorite way to do this is to insert a wire brush into the end of a cordless drill and rinse/repeat with a can or PB blaster.
If there is any other kind of debris in the holes like weld splatter for example, you would need to use an M14 thread tap and re-tap the holes. Usually if weld splatter is an issue, you would be able to tell by looking at it, but it is something that does happen on rare occasion.
