Does Installation of Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit Require Drilling

Question:
Say I got a response from Robin H as to base plate # DK49YV fits my 2021 Buick Encore GX AWD and is compatible with my older Demco aluminator model number 9511007. My follow up question does this bolt up through holes from the manufacturer already in our car no need to drill any other holes. Last if I needed installation where could I get that near 55720 Cloquet MN or Duluth Mn

Installation of the # DM49YV will require drilling one hole with a 7/16 drill bit. Everything else uses the existing holes on your 2021 Buick Encore GX.
I have attached a link below which will provide you with a list of local installers near 55720. Anyone on that list should be able to handle the base plate installation, so feel free to reach out to them and compare installation costs. I also attached the written instructions for you below so you can see what the process is like.
