As long as the weight rating and bolt pattern matches you can definitely do that.
I recommend pairing the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20353 with the Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TTWTRTM2157514D for your application so you get the standard 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and a 2,200 lbs at 65 psi load rating.
