Question:
Do you think this part would be good used when installed on a V-Nose cargo trailer at the front, on the side of the V-nose? Is it waterproof enough? Ill use it to connect to portable solar panels with the charge controller inside the trailer.

Yes, if you installed the Go Power Solar Cable Entry Plate part # 34273841REVA on the front of your trailer you'd be fine Randy. Just be sure to have the connectors facing down and you'd be good.
