Will this rack hold a ladder?

The Pack'Em Rack # PK-6-OP1 really is intended for holding a trimmer. I'm not saying that you couldn't hang a ladder from it, but my concern is that the shape and size of the hooks may not accommodate some ladders or it may not hold the ladder at tightly or securely as it should. I suppose a lot of that depends on what kind of ladder you have, but we really cannot recommend using this to hold a ladder.
A much better option is the Pack'Em Ladder Rack # PK-28WL2-BMH which is designed to bolt to the side rail of a utility trailer. It can hold two ladders weighing up to 75 lbs apiece. Since this is built specifically for ladders, this will be a much better option for safely transporting a ladder or two.
