Will the Rack Valet Work With the Yakima Stage Two Bike Rack

I have a Stage Two + 2 bike rack. Would this work well with the rack valet? If not what would you recommend?

This storage cart has two receivers, so it'll work with both 1 1/4" shanks and 2" shanks.
