How Does Tow Ready Trailer Wiring Harness Install on a 2007 to 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander

How do you get the elec wire under the Mitsubishi from inside the back to under the hood at the front.

The Tow Ready trailer wiring harness # 118518 has a few different parts that install in different places. The wiring from the front is not actually connected to the wiring at the rear because it is already ran from the factory. I have included link to a video showing installation and to the instructions.
The part of the harness that plugs into the front of the vehicle will plug into a factory connector that is under or to the side of the battery. The factory wiring from that point to the back is already run.
